Shelley Zapp

President of North America Operations

Shelley Zapp launched the Agilyx expansion in North America at the start of 2016 as President of North American Operations.

Shelley most recently was the CEO of Unit4 North America, selling and implementing agile ERP solutions. During her tenure as CEO, Shelley led her team through significant growth, growing the team and customer base to a point where the company had sextupled in size.

With more than 25 years’ experience in the Information Technology industry, her career has covered all aspects of software delivery, from the early years when she was a software developer and designer to the second half of her career where she has held responsibilities as Director of Development, VP operations and CEO.

Trude Bradford

Vice President of North America Operations

Trude has more than 20 years of experience with Agresso and Unit4 Business World products. For 7 years, she worked for Agresso Research & Development in Norway, after which she was transferred to the United States and worked 5 years as an Implementation Consultant for Agresso North America.

Before joining Agilyx, Trude was working as Vice President of Information Systems for a renewable energy company in Colorado. Her prior experience also includes working as Controller and Enterprise Software Specialist for a major American Financial Services vendor.

John Catarinich

John Catarinich is a founding director of Agilyx and Chief Executive Officer

As a seasoned finance, legal and strategy professional with a passion for transforming organizations using technology and human capital to drive change and improvement, John founded the firm.

John created Agresso Australia (now Agilyx) believing that Australian organizations needed greater choices in dynamic business solutions which enable customers to address change quickly, efficiently and cost effectively while building value and delivering real improvements in performance. Effectively serving a market sector we call “Businesses Living IN Change (BLINC)™”.

Starting his career in Chartered Accounting, John has since worked in senior finance, legal and strategic advisory roles for several leading blue-chip companies in Australia, United Kingdom and Asia prior to founding his own firm specializing in strategy and enterprise performance improvement.

Admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW, John has practiced in corporate, commercial, risk management and insurance law prior to starting the firm.

John is a qualified accountant holding Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business Degrees from the University of Technology, Sydney and Masters of Taxation Law from the University of Sydney, as well as Post Graduate qualifications in Strategic Change Management. John is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, CPA Australia and the Law Society in NSW.

As a keen believer in empowering individuals and as part of his responsibility to the community, John undertakes pro bono work for the Redfern Legal Centre and serves kids in need through his role as National Deputy Chairman of a Australia’s leading Children’s Charity – Variety, the Children’s Charity.

Chris Develin

Chris Develin is a founding director of Agilyx and Chief Solution Architect 

Chris’ mastery of Unit4 Business World is matched only by his dedication to ensuring that customer organizations can leverage the greatest benefit from the implementation of Business World. Chris achieves this through innovation in solution design and by challenging organizational `sacred cows` as part of our implementation approach.

Working with Unit4 Business World for more than 15 years, Chris represents our resident `solution expert` and has a comprehensive knowledge of Business World’s underpinning easy-change Architecture.

Chris has managed complex implementations in Europe, North America and Australia. His product knowledge, insights and industry knowledge have also seen him working closely with Business Worlds R&D labs in Norway on a range of business specific development and functionality. As a qualified Accountant, Chris has experience working in a variety of complex businesses across a range of industries in both Australia, Canada and United Kingdom.

After returning to Australia more than a decade ago, Chris has also undertaken numerous business consulting projects with clients across a wide range of sectors using his innovative approach in business analysis and delivered many innovative client solutions, leveraging the power and flexibility of Business World.

Tim Buric

Chief Technology Officer

Tim Buric has been involved with Agilyx for more than 5 years and manages our Customer Support and Technical Services Team in Sydney.

With more than 20 years experience in Technology delivery environments, Tim has held both operational and management roles ranging from Implementation Consulting, Training and Support Management.

His experience as both recipient and provider of support services provides him with a unique perspective which helps to differentiate the support services offered by Agilyx.

As a manager of service delivery and with the support of his team, Tim is the customer’s champion for Unit4 Business World, ensuring that customer support issues and inquiries are resolved in an efficient and timely way – with a personal dimension.

Diane Doyle

Customer Solutions Manager

As an experienced client services director, Diane brings over 22 years of project management and services delivery experience to the Agilyx North America team.

Diane is passionate about nurturing client relationships and delivering valuable services towards project success. Diane has a history of successfully resolving troubled projects, developing scalable service delivery methods and leading a diversified team.

Diane is a certified project manager with a BBA in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University of Vancouver.

Jack Murray

Director of Development

Jack is an IM/IT professional with over 16 years’ experience in the industry and 12 years’ experience working exclusively with Unit4 Business World, on which he has built customized projects for the Agresso core product in a variety of applications.

Along with his extensive background in software development, Jack has years of experience in application and project development, business and technical analysis and systems/network management. He is also proficient in project leadership, where he thrives on managing and mentoring large teams.

Paula McKeown

Director of Services

Originally from the UK, Paula is an enthusiastic and experienced consultant with over 15 years’ experience in implementing both internal and external Payroll and HR systems across various industries and degrees of complexity.

She has completed many full cycle implementations of Unit4 Business World HR/Payroll modules and sub-modules during this time, and assists her clients in leading projects through build and testing phases, performing in data migration, upgrade/post-deployment support and health checks.

Tom Vandezande

Managing Director of Agilyx Asia

Tom Vandezande is an international executive with deep experience in technology, consulting and strategic business development. With more than 15 years of experience with Unit4, its partner ecosystem, solutions and specialties such as business transformation, ERP, SaaS and Cloud strategy, Tom uses his global and Asian experience to help develop the Agilyx brand within the Asian region. He spearheaded the launch of Agilyx Asia in January of 2017.

Andrea Williams

Managing Director of Agilyx UK

Andrea Williams, founder of Williams Woodward Limited (Agilyx UK since 2017), is the Managing Director of Agilyx UK, focused on providing people-oriented services in a systems-oriented environment.

Andrea is a qualified Accountant (CFPA) with over 20 years of experience in the commercial sector, public sector and business software industry. With a proven track record in the delivery of business system implementation, process improvement and complex software product developments, Andrea has spent a considerable amount of time working with project boards and forming close working relationships with directors.

Hayley Dickenson

Director of Operations of Agilyx UK

With over 25 years of experience in business systems sales, implementation and support, Hayley Dickenson is a highly motivated professional and pragmatic director with a passion for building strong partnerships with her clients and partners.

Hayley joined Williams Woodward Limited (Agilyx UK since 2017) with years of Agresso sales experience where she was responsible for major UK customer accounts. In the role of Director of Operations at Agilyx UK, Hayley is responsible for both corporate services as well as local sales and marketing initiatives.

Sean Jones

Director of Sales 

After holding a number of different sales positions over the years, Sean Jones joined Agilyx to head up the Sales team.

After studying business and management in Sydney, he worked in CRM sales, delivering and understanding complex software solutions for clients in a number of different industries. Sean brings a fresh new approach to our Sales team with his great technical knowledge & experience.

Matt Pritchard

Global Operations Manager

Matt Pritchard is the Global Operations Manager looking after the internal workings of the Agilyx Group. He has 12 years of management experience and holds ANZIM accreditation. Working across different departments, Matt shows great enthusiasm which motivates and encourages the team.

He is passionate about business and enjoys solving problems and fine-tuning operations.

Sara Wasiuta

Marketing Manager

Sara Wasiuta is responsible for coordinating all marketing functions within Agilyx and executing the delivery of the global marketing strategy.

She holds a Communications degree with a focus on advertising, PR, journalism and media production. With a strong background in communications within the Canadian federal public service, Sara’s primary focus is to continually increase brand awareness to help drive business results.

Pedro Monteiro

Customer Service Manager

Pedro has worked for Agilyx since 2014 and manages our customer support and developer team at Agilyx Australia. With more than 6 years’ Unit4 Business World experience, both locally and in Europe, Pedro has held a range of positions such as Technical Consultant, Implementation Consultant and Support Management.

His experience has given him a comprehensive perspective as both a recipient and provider of support services. Working closely with the Unit4 Business World R&D Team, Pedro is passionate about broadening and improving our service offering and ultimately developing great relationships with Agilyx customers.
